FAQ
Signing in with 2FA:
The account format includes a 2FA generation key. Open https://2fa.uihtm.com/ru and enter the 2FA key in the appropriate field. The website will generate a six-digit 2FA code that updates every 30 seconds. Copy the current code and enter it when signing in if two-factor authentication is requested.
Rules
The verification period is 1 hour from the time of purchase. The guarantee covers the account’s validity and compliance with the description.
Initial account verification is performed by login.
Do not change the account data until verification is complete.
When working with multiple accounts, use different proxies or devices. During the initial verification, do not use public checkers, public or free proxies, or your own IP address.
After receiving the product, the buyer is fully responsible for further account use. The store is not responsible for account blocks caused by improper use, low-quality proxies, mass actions, spam activity, or other actions that may trigger restrictions from the platform’s security system.
Refund Policy
A replacement is possible if the account does not appear in search during the initial verification or if the login details — login, password, email, email password, or 2FA — are incorrect. If the account is invalid or does not match the description, contact support within the verification period.
A replacement is available only within 1 hour of purchase and if the account is not working due to the supplier’s fault.
Accounts with changed data, including the password, email, phone number, or other parameters, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If replacement is impossible, the funds may be returned to the personal account balance.
Video recording: We recommend recording the screen from payment until verification is completed. The recording may help when resolving a disputed situation. Support may request screenshots or a screen recording.
