Signing in with 2FA:
The account format includes a 2FA generation key. Enter the 2FA key on the designated website to receive a six-digit code that updates every 30 seconds. Use the current code when signing in if the system requests two-factor authentication.
Rules
The verification period is 1 hour from the time of purchase.
Initial account verification is performed by login. During the initial check, do not use public checkers, public or free proxies, or your own IP.
When working with multiple accounts, use different proxies or devices.
Do not change the account data until verification is complete. After the password is changed, the account is not eligible for replacement.
After receiving the product, the buyer is responsible for further account use. The store is not responsible for blocks caused by violations of usage rules, low-quality proxies, mass actions, spam activity or other actions that may trigger restrictions from the platform’s security system.
Refund Policy
The guarantee covers account validity and compliance with the description. If the account does not appear in search during the initial check, the login details — login, password, login email, email password or 2FA — are incorrect, or the account is inoperable due to the supplier, contact support within the verification period.
Replacement is available only while the guarantee period from the time of purchase has not expired. Accounts with changed data — password, email, phone number or other parameters — are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If replacement is impossible, a refund may be issued to the personal account balance.
Video recording: We recommend recording the screen from payment until verification is completed. The recording may help when resolving a disputed situation. In a disputed situation, support may request screenshots or a screen recording.
