FAQ
2FA login:
The account format includes a 2FA generation key. Open https://2fa.uihtm.com/ru and enter the 2FA key in the appropriate field. The service will generate a six-digit 2FA code that updates every 30 seconds. If two-factor authentication is requested, use the current code.
Rules
The verification period is 1 hour from the time of purchase. The guarantee covers the account’s validity and compliance with the description.
The initial check is performed by login. Do not use public checkers, public or free proxies, or your own IP during the initial check.
When working with multiple accounts, use different proxies or devices. Do not change the account details until verification is complete.
After receiving the product, the buyer is fully responsible for further account use. Once the password has been changed, the account is not eligible for replacement.
The store is not responsible for account blocking caused by improper use, violations of operating rules, low-quality proxies, mass actions, spam activity, or other actions that may trigger restrictions from the platform’s security system.
Video recording: We recommend recording the screen from payment until verification is completed. The recording may help when resolving a disputed situation.
Refund Policy
A replacement is provided if the account does not appear in search during the initial check or if the login details — login, password, login email, email password, or 2FA — are incorrect.
A replacement is available only within the guarantee period from the time of purchase and if the account is inoperable due to the supplier.
If the account is invalid or does not match the description, contact support within the verification period. In a disputed situation, support may request screenshots or a screen recording.
Accounts with changed details, including the password, email, phone number, or other parameters, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If account replacement is impossible, a refund may be issued to the balance of the personal account.
