FAQ
Logging in with 2FA:
The account format includes a 2FA generation key. Open https://2fa.uihtm.com/ru and enter the 2FA key in the appropriate field. The service will display a six-digit 2FA code that updates every 30 seconds. If the system requests two-factor authentication, copy and enter the current code.

Refund Policy
A replacement is provided if, during the initial check, the account does not appear in search or the login details — login, password, email, or 2FA — are incorrect.
The guarantee covers account validity and compliance with the description. A replacement is possible only within the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
A replacement is provided if the account does not work due to the supplier’s fault.
Accounts with changed details, including the password, email, phone number, or other parameters, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If account replacement is impossible, a refund may be credited to the balance of the personal account.
