FAQ
How to log in using 2FA:
The account format includes a 2FA secret key.
Visit https://2fa.uihtm.com/ru and paste the 2FA key into the appropriate field. The website will generate a six-digit 2FA code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
Copy the current code and enter it during login if Facebook requests two-factor authentication.
Rules
Verification period: 1 hour from the moment of purchase.
Initial account verification must be performed using the username.
Do not change the account details until verification is complete. After the password is changed, the account is no longer eligible for replacement.
When working with multiple accounts, use different proxies or devices. During the initial verification, do not use public checkers, public or free proxies, or your own IP address.
After receiving the product, the buyer assumes responsibility for further use of the account. The store is not responsible for suspension caused by improper use, including violations of operating guidelines, low-quality proxies, mass actions, spam activity, or other actions that may trigger restrictions from the platform's security system.
Video recording: We recommend recording the screen from payment until verification is completed. The recording may help when resolving a disputed situation.
Refund Policy
The guarantee covers the account's validity and its correspondence to the description.
If the account cannot be found through search during the initial verification, the login details are incorrect, or the account does not correspond to the description, contact support within the verification period.
Replacement is provided if the account is non-functional due to the supplier's fault and the warranty period from the purchase date has not expired.
Accounts with modified details, including the password, email, phone number, or other parameters, are not eligible for replacement or refund.
In a disputed situation, support may request screenshots or a screen recording.
If account replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued as account balance credit.
