FAQ
How to log in using 2FA:
The account format includes a 2FA secret key.
Open 2fa.uihtm.com/ru and paste the 2FA key into the appropriate field. The website will generate a six-digit 2FA code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
Copy the current six-digit code and enter it during login if the system requests two-factor authentication.
Rules
The verification period is 1 hour from the moment of purchase.
Initial account verification must be performed using the username.
During the initial verification, do not use public checkers, public or free proxies, or your own IP.
When working with multiple accounts, use different proxies or devices.
Do not change the account details before verification is completed.
After receiving the product, the buyer assumes full responsibility for further use of the account.
The warranty covers account validity and compliance with the description. The account is not eligible for replacement after the password has been changed.
The store is not responsible for account restrictions or suspensions caused by improper use, violation of operating guidelines, low-quality proxies, mass actions, spam activity, or other behavior that may trigger the platform's security systems.
If the account is invalid or does not match the description, contact support within the verification period.
Video recording: We recommend recording the screen from payment until verification is completed. The recording may help when resolving a disputed situation. Support may request screenshots or a screen recording.
Refund Policy
Replacement is provided if, during the initial verification, the account cannot be found through search or if the login details — username, password, email login, email password, or 2FA data — are incorrect.
Replacement is available only within the warranty period from the time of purchase.
Replacement is provided if the account is non-functional due to the supplier's fault.
Accounts with modified details, including the password, email, phone number, or any other parameters, are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If account replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued as credit to the personal account balance.
