FAQ
2FA login:
The account format includes a 2FA generation key. Open 2fa.uihtm.com/ru and enter the 2FA key in the corresponding field. The website will show a six-digit 2FA code that updates every 30 seconds. Copy the current code and enter it when logging in if two-factor authentication is requested.

A replacement is provided if the account does not appear in search during the initial check or if the login details — login, password, email, email password, or 2FA — are incorrect.
A replacement is available only while the guarantee period from the purchase date is valid.
A replacement is provided if the account is non-functional due to the supplier’s fault.
Accounts whose details have been changed, including the password, email, phone number, or other parameters, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If an account replacement is impossible, the funds may be returned to the personal account balance.
If the account is invalid or does not match the description, contact support within the verification period.
